Customer Service Executive
Haslemere
£22,500 + Commission and Free cooked lunch daily, 25 days holiday, Pension, Parking and many social activities.
A family run SME with a team of around 50 staff, based in the Haslemere area, providing equipment to a cross sector of industries nationwide and into Europe is seeking a Customer Service Executive with excellent customer service to support and retain an existing client base. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
You will be responsible for the following tasks;
·Attend monthly sales meeting and any other meetings requested by manager
·Complete daily KPI daily
·Always respond to customer emails same day as received
·Deal with all admin/sales related tasks for the customer
·Get back to customers within 3 hours on any enquiry they make
·Deal with customer complaints, see each one through to completion and record onto the system
·Ensure that all orders received are coded and have relevant logo
·Email customers back with any price discrepancies on orders and get their agreement before order is confirmed
·Update system with any new special prices quoted to customers
·Deal with any invoice queries received either direct from the customer or credit control and see through to completion raising credit note if required
·Assist account managers wherever possible with admin and sales related tasks
Must Have's
·Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Sage, ACT
·2 years customer service experience
·Team player
·A – C GCSE in Maths and English
