We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team to help in the day to day running of the office.

Duties to include:

• Data entry on Excel spreadsheets
• Passing of invoices from suppliers
• Scanning and Filing
• General office duties

Applicant must:

• Have Excel knowledge
• Be numerate and computer literate
• Have a good telephone manner
• Be well presented.

Full Training will be given.

The suitable candidate will be also expected to provide holiday cover for our drivers. The amount of driving you will need to do varies, but cover for holiday and sickness equates to approx 40 days per year plus additional “specials” that we offer our clients which can be 1 day or more per week. You will need a good knowledge of the local area and full clean driving licence. For company insurance purposes the applicant must be a minimum of 25 year old. Our vehicles are long wheel base, high roof Ford Transits (no special driving licence required).

Driving duties will include:

• Delivering and collecting of small and large loads throughout the Sussex area.
• Loading and unloading.
• Processing goods in and out.
• Check weighing and measuring.

This is a full time position with an immediate start.
