Support Workers needed in Worthing to work with service users in their won homes and out in the community – no previous experience needed!!

National Care provider for adults with learning disabilities seeks new support staff for a permanent vacancy, offering 30 hours per week (optional overtime may be available). This is due to an increase in the number of customers we support in the Worthing areas.

You must be willing, on occasions to support people who have a variety of different needs and have the flexibility to adapt to the individual needs of each service user.

If you want to work in a person centred service where your skills and attributes will be valued, and would like the challenge that comes from supporting people to achieve their goals and ambitions then we would like to hear from you.

Successful candidates will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers, some of whom require personal care and moving and handling. You will work as part of a small team in a lone working role.

You will need to be willing to work shifts which will include weekends, evenings, sleep ins (1 or 2 per week) and Bank Holidays.

A full manual driving licence is essential, as is a willingness to drive your own car with Class 1 Business Insurance and Motability vehicles when required.
