The purpose of this role is to manage customer's quality issues, identifying and recording the cause and coordinating remedial action. You will communicate with customers at all stages of the process to ensure seamless resolution of their issue.
You must have excellent communication skills, be motivated with drive and enthusiasm to go the extra mile - this is a high pressure role and you must be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload.
