This temporary requirement is to cover a 3 week holiday however there is the possibility it could extend. You will be required to start on 3rd March for a handover. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a busy and fast paced organisation.
You will be responsible for producing reconciliation statements, processing credit notes and handling high-volumes of invoices as well as dealing with general enquiries and providing all-round administrative support. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a financial environment and some general accounts experience would be advantageous.
The right candidate for this role will be a positive team player who is driven to reach targets and capable of working autonomously dealing with a high volume workload. A good knowledge of Excel is also required for this role. The hours of work are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and parking is available.
