We are seeking a Highways and Transport Quality Manager to be responsible for the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of robust quality processes across Highways and Transport which, when implemented, are expected to deliver appropriate financial savings.

You will be responsible for working with a range of colleagues and relevant contractors to ensure robust joint processes; advising on, and implementing changes as appropriate. You will support Highways and Transport in order to help make the best use of available resources and deliver strategy objectives and effective services, driving efficiencies from processes. You will lead on the most complex quality assurance audits.

You will develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. Additionally you will lead quality workshops to facilitate effective compliant processes, training colleagues in relevant tools/techniques and promoting quality assurance principles.
