These are two newly created posts and it is an exciting time to be joining Adult Services as the service embarks on a journey of change. You will be supporting the Director of Adult Services, and the Adult Services Management Group to ensure that an effective, efficient and professional service is maintained at all times.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of business support services, and will work with operational staff on specific projects to support the business. One post will predominantly support the Learning Disability Service, Mental Health and Independent Living Services and the other will predominantly support locality Adult Services including Carepoint. Support may also be needed for Provider Services. You will have a high level of skill in creating spread sheets to support analysis of information and an understanding of financial and performance information. You will be able to create and maintain good working relationships, internally and with partners and stakeholders.
