We are investing in our Adults’ Social Care Services to support our priorities and in preparation for new responsibilities under the Care Act.
To help us develop and grow our service, we are looking to recruit a motivated individual to work in our Support Broker Team in Worthing.
You will work in partnership with our customers, their families and team colleagues to purchase agreed services for those who have eligible Social Care needs, as well as providing high quality administrative support for the support planning and reviewing process.
Candidates will need to have excellent IT skills and ideally have appropriate experience of working with financial information in a customer orientated environment.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, but consideration may be given to some flexible working arrangements.
