Working with an established business based on the outskirts of Burgess Hill (West Sussex) with the recruitment of a qualified Financial Controller.

An excellent opportunity to be part of the Executive Committee where you will be responsible for the financials of the business (managing a small team) as well as fully engaging with the operational management decision making.

You may be an experienced Controller looking for a new challenge or perhaps currently in Practice looking to make your first to the commercial world!

About You

• Professionally qualified in either the ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• First class presentation and communication skills
• A track record of managing and motivating finance teams
• Although the lead finance role, happy to work in a hands-on capacity
• Have the ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the management team
• Experience of developing and implement finance and controlling systems and processes that align with the organisation's overall vision and its current and future business objectives
• Car owner, travel to other locations will be required from time to time
• There is car parking available for all staff
