We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator/ Call Centre Team Leader to join our busy team. You will have responsibility of ensuring a high quality administrative service to support us in providing care to vulnerable customers throughout the county. If you have the ability to work calmly under pressure and be proficient in maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative ICT and manual systems we would love to hear from you. With your effective communication and organisation skills, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a call centre and administration teams, ensuring individuals are performing against targets, reviewing their performance, coaching& training. The service operates between 7am – 11pm, Monday – Sunday, so you will be part of a rota to ensure an effective service is provided.
