DEPUTY MANAGER FOR VIBRANT GROUP OF EXPANDING RESTAURANTS - STUNNING RESTAURANT IN BRIGHTON - UP TO 28K PLUS BONUS

We are now on the look out for an energetic and passionate Deputy Manager to join this incredible restaurant in Brighton.

It is exciting times for this expanding restaurant group with new openings planned all over the country. Their vibrant style provides the guest with a unique journey through exciting fresh food and exceptional service; an experience they will never forget!

This business is expanding at a phenomenal rate and presents genuine opportunities for managers at all levels to progress in their careers.

As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including running busy shifts ensuring that both customers and staff are having a good time, talent management, development and recruitment and of course ensuring that financial targets are met.

You must have experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded environment but certainly in a high street busy restaurant. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to 28k per annum plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business. The company has an excellent benefits package for employees including management discounts and trips abroad.
