We wish to recruit a teaching assistant to work in the Primary ASC facility. The position is for mornings only to include lunch time duties (8.30am until 1.00pm).

We are looking for someone with:
•Experience of working with children with autism/SEN.
•Enthusiasm, resilience and flexibility.
•Mainstream experience. is also important for this role.
•Strong behaviour management skills.

The job will involve supporting pupils within the class and during inclusion in mainstream classes.

Grade: NJC Scale 3 + SEN allowance, pro rata
Hours per week: 22.5, term-time only
Paid weeks per year: 46.2, inclusive of holiday entitlement
Start date: September 2016 until 31st March 2017
