We are looking for MSA’s to join our team of Midday Supervisors for the Autumn term working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The pay would be on a Scale 1/2 (Points 12-13) and is £8.25 to £8.39 per hour. This is a contracted post and the actual pay would therefore be between £1,770 and £1,799 pa.

We would be looking for you to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week and for the right candidate, more hours may be provided.

Essential Skills, Abilities and Experience:-

A positive, can do attitude and a friendly disposition – someone very special!
Evidence of work with children outside the home for a minimum of 2 years
A proven ability to work well within a team
A calm, professional approach, especially when dealing with challenging situations
Evidence of working in productive partnership with school settings
Ability to use own initiative, anticipating and reacting to situations as they arise
An absolute ability to maintain confidentiality

Grade: NJC Scale 1/2 Living Wage, pro rata
Hours per week: 5 minimum, term-time only
Paid weeks per year: 42.8, inclusive of holiday entitlement
Start date: September 2016 until 31st July 2017
