This post sits within the Workforce Development Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance framework and co-ordinating a quality assurance strategy and maintenance of a quality assurance process; providing and maintaining audit tools to evaluate compliance against set standards and developing a data set, analysing and regularly reporting to Children’s Services Senior Management Team.

You will be responsible for reviewing cases, including critical incident cases, through collaborative enquiry. There is a need for these reviews to have an effective and positive impact on the practice of Children's Social Care workforce.

You will establish mechanisms to obtain and use qualitative and quantitative feedback from service users and use this feedback to assess the effectiveness of service delivery. You will also play a key role in ensuring that all new initiatives and developments, in practice or training, are quality assured and deliver the right outcomes.
