You will work as part of a multi-faceted team based within New Tyne Resource Centre. Providing outcome based care enabling customers with a diagnosis of dementia to maintain their skills of daily living.

The role will require you to lead a team of staff on shift, support staff in encouraging customers to achieve their outcome based care Objectives.
