There is a Senior Social Work Practitioner Role available within the Worthing Community. The role is offered on a full time basis, and may be offered on a fixed term contract for 2 years. To help us develop and grow our service, we are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced individual to this Senior social Work Practitioner role. As a qualified Senior Social work Practitioner, registered with HCPC, you will need strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to travel independently across the county to meet with individuals and carers to assess needs, formulate outcomes and undertake reviews using a person-centred approach designed to provide meaningful choice and promote wellbeing. You must be able to work autonomously, prioritise your work and respond flexibly to competing demands.
