Internal Account manager
Salary - £16,000 - £17,000 + commission (OTE £25,000)
Location – Central Worthing
Hours – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

Our client, a telecoms provider in Worthing are seeking Internal Account Managers.

As part of the Account Management Team you will be involved in promoting their products and services across an existing client base.

There is plenty to keep you motivated and challenged in this exciting position and the role will include:

• Promoting and driving the full product range, up-selling, cross selling, and recommending other services where possible
• Dealing with product queries, pricing, and quotations.
• Overcoming objections by negotiating and working in a consultative sales approach
• Liaise with the external/field based sales team to maintain good communication with our existing customers.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and work to a high conversion rate
• Ensuring all notes are added to the in-house CRM system and kept up to date at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally will be someone with a with a year's+ experience working within a similar role
• Must have good IT skills and ideally have used some form of CRM system before
• Needs to be confident and articulate and enjoy working to targets
