Select Security are one of the largest providers of events based security & stewarding in the South East. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to provide commercial premises security to one of the largest companies in its field. The position is based in Worthing, West Sussex.

Our key aim is to provide unparalleled service and increase our security provisions to our clients and expand into other areas of commercial premises security in the South East.

Essential applicant requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• 5 year checkable work history
• Valid front-line SIA licence with minimum 6 months remaining
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ability to travel to other sites as required
• Honest and reliable

Main Responsibilities

• Checking vehicles as they enter/exit the compound
• Stock checks
• Completing consignment paperwork and visitor reports
• Securing stock in the yard
• May require occasional travel to other sites in the local area

Person Specification

• Experience of working unsupervised in a busy, industrial, environment using your own self-motivation
• Confident in working with our client and their staff professionally building lasting relationships and aiding in the company vision of expansion
• Ability to remain calm and polite
• Experience of completing and filing forms
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Able to follow all procedures as set out by Select Security
• Ability to follow Health & Safety best practises
