An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Legal Counsel to join a highly successful and expanding global business.

About you:

• 7 – 10 years PQE.
• It is essential to have strong commercial in-house experience, providing legal support across all business functions.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and advising on patents, trademarks and copyrights.
• A good work ethic with passion and enthusiasm to become an instrumental individual within the company.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and a desire to learn and develop.

About the role:

• This is an amazing opportunity for someone to become an integral part of the future growth of the business and ultimately the potential of becoming the Legal Director.
• A diverse and hugely varied legal role, including company commercial, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, IT, employment law, pensions law, regulatory compliance, data protection, Bribery Act compliance and company secretarial duties.
• Essentially a go to person for all legal aspects of the business, working alongside and providing support to research and development, regulatory, quality, marketing, sales and HR teams.
• Supporting the Legal Director and working with external solicitors, international lawyers, insurance brokers and regulatory bodies
