This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful Business Communications company based in Worthing who are a market leader in their industry

What we are looking for:-

As a telesales operator your role will be to make outbound calls to generate qualified business leads in order to book appointments for the Field Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets set

The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous telesales or lead generation experience within a B2B environment
• Ideally have telecoms experience although this is not essential as full training will be given
• Be able to work well as part of a team or as an individual
• Be self motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced target driven environment
• Be tenacious and able to handle rejection

This is a fantastic Temp to Perm opportunity where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress within the company.

Hours – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
