You will work as part of a team based at a Day Centre setting, where the key aim is to support people with high levels of dependency or complex needs to enable every customer to be engaged in their local community to the best of their ability. The purpose of this role is to encourage and stimulate customers, through the provision of outcome based care, that promotes independence, community engagement, enables them to develop and/or maintain daily living skills and to attend to their physical, social, mental and emotional needs, ensuring comfort, safety and well being. You will be required to work hands-on with the clients, performing various activities e.g. supporting clients with personal care, running groups as well as contributing to the clients' review meetings etc.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about working with this client group, both in the community as well as in the day service. You should be creative, self-motivated, organised and above all, be a real good team player who communicates well at all levels.
