Coastal West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to promoting mental well-being in local communities and supporting the recovery and independence of individuals we provide support to. We are looking for a recovery and well-being worker to work in our Worthing Recovery & Well-being services located in Durrington.
Successful applicants will provide recovery focused 1:1 and group support and learning opportunities as well as overseeing and developing peer led support within services.

As well as having some experience of working with people with mental health problems post-holders will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for recovery focused mental health work and show that they can be a strong team player with real commitment to their work. They will also need to have initiative and be able to contribute to the direction and development of the service.

Salary: £10-15 ph (£11-876 pa for 22.5 hrs pw)
