Ball Tree Croft is a residential and respite service for people who have learning disabilities situated in Sompting. We are looking for a Shift Coordinator to join our busy team helping to lead care teams in supporting residents and customers with their day-to-day activities and care needs. This new, dynamic role involves supporting the senior management team as well as providing direct support to the care teams. You will have comprehensive experience of supporting people in a similar environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead teams and provide support to the senior care team on a rota basis. Good communication skills, flexibility and a strong drive to help people to lead enjoyable, fulfilling lives is a must.
