Our Regaining Independence Service is a time limited service providing reablement, rehabilitation and recuperation for people who have been ill or have a disability so that we support them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Reablement is at the forefront of service provision in our Adults' Services. As an occupational therapist you will work with people in their own homes undertaking assessment of their needs and goal setting with them, whilst working alongside a partner agency to deliver the support they require.
