We are looking for a well-motivated person to work with customers and help with enquiries at Lancing Library. With experience of working in a customer care environment, you will enjoy working with library customers and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will assist customers to use self-service, tidy and shelve books and other library/clerical duties, be computer literate and have the ability to use your initiative and work effectively within the team. You will have an active involvement in working with all ages, including children’s work (e.g. leading Baby Rhyme Time and Story Time). This is an active role and some lifting will be required.
