Company Purchase Ledger Controller

Permanent (Full Time), £19000 - £21000 & company benefits and parking

If you are an experienced accounts professional with good technical knowledge of Purchase Ledger duties, this is fantastic opportunity to join a highly innovative manufacturer that leads the UK market and has a strong global presence. This individual will take full ownership of the Purchase Ledger function in an expanding organisation and be in charge of streamlining and overseeing this important function as part of a small finance team.

About You:

* Proven background in Purchase Ledger.
* Good Excel skills and ideally also experience of using an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, Access, Navision, Sage 200 etc.
* Good academic record.

About the Role:

* Ensuring invoices are properly authorised and coded.
* Managing payments and dealing with any payment related queries.
* Responsible for overseeing foreign payments.
* Processing all petty cash and employee expenses.
* Reconciling aged creditors to the balance sheet.
* General reconciliation and monthly reconciliation duties.

The company are currently based in Hove (with parking) but will be relocating to East Worthing in summer 2015. Free parking onsite is available.
