We are looking for a new Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of the credit union. This is initially a two year fixed term post based in Worthing with travel throughout the county.

Main purpose of the job:
To grow the customer loan and savings portfolio by attracting new members and loans and increasing loans to existing customers in order to ensure WSCU achieves its growth, sustainability and financial targets. The growth must be achieved in a cost effective manner while maintaining the principles, values and purpose of the West Sussex Credit Union. The role will also research, identify, develop and attract alternative sources of capital to ensure the organisation meets its financial viability targets and regulatory capital requirements.

Based in Worthing, but travel required to other locations
35 hours per week
£30,000 plus up to £5000 bonus pa depending on performance
