Payroll Manager

Full Time, Permanent

£28,000-32,000 per annum



A well recognised and highly reputable organisation based in Lancing requires an experienced payroll professional to take full ownership of the company's payroll and pensions function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this individual will work autonomously in a busy, all-encompassing position where they will be solely charged with overseeing this function across 4 sites within the group.

Suitable candidates will:



* Have solid payroll experience, ideally including experience of processing large payrolls in a large company but this is flexible.
* Have a full, technical understanding of statutory payments and deductions and up to date knowledge of payroll legislation.
* Have practical expereince3 of auto-enrolment and real time processing.
* Be adaptable and able to pick up new tasks quickly.
* Be a confident, professional communicator who is able to communicate effectively with people at various levels.
