Our client who is based in Worthing is looking for a litigations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
As Litigations Administrator you will report into the Litigations Manager, some of the duties for this role will involve;
* Processing Court documentation and transferring information onto internal systems accurately.
* Dealing with general incoming post.
* Correspondence with the courts via telephone.
* Accurately updating incoming / outgoing correspondence to clients, courts and customers.
* Preparing legal documentation for service.
* Providing assistance on projects where required.
* Ensuring 100% compliance.
To be considered for this role you must have experience working within a fast paced Administration role. Full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have great communication skills – both written and verbal.
Based in Worthing, salary paying up to £17,000
