COLLECTIONS REPRSENTATIVE
WORTHING
£16 - £18,000 depending on experience (£25,000 OTE)

Our client, a financial services company based in Worthing are seeking a Collections Representative.

Major Responsibilities;

• Ensure customer accounts are accurately up to date and actively seek as much information as possible
• Manage collection activity on accounts at any stage of the collections process
• Identify solutions and negotiate payment plans in line with our customers appropriate to their circumstances
• Undertake the role with total compliance with applicable laws, codes of conduct and company policies
• Analyse payment problems and work with customers to identify solutions including negotiating payment arrangements within set down guidelines and strategies
• Obtaining information which will assist our legal department

The ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria;

• Good questioning, negotiating and influencing skills
• Uses own initiative
• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word)

HOURS OF WORK
Rotating shift pattern – two weeks 12:00pm – 8:00pm followed by one week 8:00am to 4:30pm.
