Specialist Diabetic Practice Nurse to join our nursing team in a friendly 5 partner training practice. 

10 hours per week: days and times to suit you. 

You would be expected to manage the care and education of our 331 patients with diabetes and those with pre-diabetes.

You will need a recognised Diabetes Qualification and experience in all aspects of diabetes management.

Pay equivalent to Agenda for Change - Band 7 Spine point 26 to 32 depending on experience
