Our client, a medical screening company based in Worthing are looking for Telesales Agents for their expanding team.



You will be accountable for receiving inbound and making outbound calls to established customers of our client – so it is warm calling. The purpose of the role is to provide a positive experience by acknowledging the relationship with the customer and then offer to schedule a screening in their area. The agent will then aim to up sell additional screenings to their package. The objective is to schedule customers for tests that are medically appropriate based on their age, past screening and medical history.

Main Duties:



* To represent our client by taking inbound calls and offering to schedule a screening for the customer in their residential area. Then up selling another screening to their package



* To represent our client by making outbound calls to existing customers offering them a re-screening



* To be accountable for scheduling these appointments at a set conversion target



* To be accountable for Revenue per Call/Hour/Appointment goals. These goals will be accomplished by offering the package identified for the participant and up selling additional tests



The Ideal candidate will have



* Telesales experience
* Be used to working to targets
* Be a great communicator and able to overcome objectives

The call centre is open 8 am to 7 pm so you will work shifts throughout these hours also you will work one in three Saturdays.
