Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Worthing
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Permanent full time position

We are looking for an immediately available Financial Controller to join a fantastic company based in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a permanent role in September.

The role will be working 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

In the role, you will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and management of accounts for the company, where you will be supporting the financial duties for the sales, purchasing, admin and accounts department.

Daily responsibilities include:

* Bank account management – Recording and reconciliations
* Customer payments and daily debtor management
* Sagepay
* Monitoring of exchange rates
* Supplier statements
* Invoicing
* Payment runs and reports
* Payroll
* BACS payments

Management Account responsibilities:

* Obtaining monthly values
* Spreadsheets
* Identifying monthly stock values
* Entry of journals, petty cash and account activities
* Reconciling
* Production of P&L and Balance sheet

The ideal candidate will have proven financial and accounting experience, be confident at running accounts and reports, have a good attention to detail and figures while being computer literate.
