Job Title: Personal Lines Broker
Salary: £14,000 to £18,000 per annum + Commission. OTE £22,000 – £26,000
Location: Worthing
Permanent full time role

We are looking to recruit for a Personal Lines Broker to join a growing and successful client of ours based in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress and develop with the company.

The role will be to negotiate the best deal for your customers who are looking to arrange insurance policies from commercial to vehicle insurance.

Your duties will include:

* Face to face sales
* Phone sales
* Inbound calls from customers
* Outbound calls to generate interest in products
* Business development from warm leads
* Working to targets and KPI's
* Negotiation

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional candidate who has proven experience within sales and working to targets. Insurance or broker experience would be an advantage. You need to be confident and happy working in a fast paced environment, using negotiation skills.

This role has fantastic hours, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. There will be alternate Saturday work from 10am to 2pm, with a day off in lieu each month.

There is a commission structure in place that will allow you to earn up to £8000 in commission, additional to your basic salary.
