Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Worthing
Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 plus office commission
Permanent role

We are looking to recruit for a dynamic, driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to work for a fantastic client of ours in their Worthing Branch.

Your duties will include to:

* Book and attend viewings
* Generate new business opportunities
* Valuations
* Generate new business from vendors
* Working to sales targets.
* Deal with both vendors and buyers

Due to you attending viewings, you will need to have a valid driving licence, company car will be provided. We are ideally looking for local candidates who have proven working knowledge of selling properties within an estate agents and a strong understanding of the property industry.
