The role will be within older people services within the Pines Day Centre which is a day service for adults with Learning Difficulties. You will lead a team of staff in supporting individuals to access to needs focused activities both within the day service and the local community. You will supervise staff formally as well as working side by side with team members in supporting all aspects of care including personal care, use of machinery to support mobility and supporting dietary needs. Working within a Multi Disciplinary Setting you will support yearly Client Reviews by collating information and presenting at the review. A sound knowledge in IT is essential in accessing information to support the individuals and service. The role will also include a degree of Management Responsibility by being part of the Duty Rota. There is a need to be able to drive a Mini Bus to enable groups to access the community, so a D1 is desirable for this role.
