PAREXEL MedCom offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced project co-ordinator/administrator to join an established, high performing Clinical Communications team in a project support role.

This role is office based in Worthing with minimal travel.


Essential Function

 
  • Support the overall day-to-day financial operations of the Clinical Communications department
  • Provide ongoing support to the team on all project deliverables, whilst meeting quality standards, on-time and on-budget.
  • As and when required engage with and support other areas of CCMEE and possibly travel on-site to programmes if necessary.

Key Accountabilities
 
  • Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner
     
  • Participate in formal staff review processes e.g. performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales.
     
  • Provide informed support when necessary, to any of the other key service lines within CCMEE (Exhibitions, Meetings & Events, Clinical Communications, Creative Design, Digital Media, Studio, Production, Despatch) and support to Account teams.
Education
  • Equivalent experience within a similar industry and/or role is preferred although not essential
 
Minimum Work Experience
  • Relevant experience in an administration or financial role

 

Skills
 
  • Sound understanding and analytical approach to finance operations
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,  PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) at Advanced level for Excel and Intermediate for other applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Client focused approach to work
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
  • Technical expertise - organisational skills
