Salary: £16,000-£18,000 per annum + performance related bonus £25k OTE

Hours: 8am-8pm Mon-Fri (rota basis) and one in four Saturdays 9am-1pm

My client is looking for self motivated and driven individuals to join their fast paced financial services call centre based in Worthing.

The role will require you to deal with incoming and outgoing calls to customers in order to provide effective collection of the companies purchased debt portfolios. This role requires a high level of customer service, working to set KPI's whilst remaining fully compliant.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure customer accounts are accurately kept up to date
* Litigation behind policies - Full training provided
* Manage collection activity on accounts at any stage of the process
* Identify solutions, negotiate payment plans and provide support
* Adhere to compliance , codes of conduct and company policies
* Analyse payment problems and work with customers to identify solutions
* Working to KPI's and team targets

The right candidate will have excellent verbal communication, with good questioning and listening skills, ideally with call centre experience but it is not essential! If you have worked to call targets, sales targets of set KPI's and enjoy working in a progressive organisation, then I think this is the role for you!

You must be available to attend our office in Brighton for full registration this week, and available for an assessment morning on the 22nd July 2014 in Worthing.

This role has a start date of the 11th August 2014.
