10 bedded service for adullts with learning disabilities requires deputy manager to join their growing staff team and assist in stabilising the service for the benefit of the service users.

All our homes are newly developed and have full en-suite facilities. It is our aim to provide a service that exceeds the requirements set out in the Health & Social Care Act 2008 both in terms of accommodation and community access and participation.

We require a Deputy Manager with a strong background in Learning Disabilities to further develop our home in Worthing, West Sussex.

The home is based in a central Worthing location, close to public transport and amenities, you will be working for a medium sized quality focused care provider.

You must have excellent man-management skills and be able to take responsibility for the home in the absence of the manager. Up to date working knowledge of the CQC, PCP and safeguarding issues is essential as you will be the responsible person at times.

Previous experience in a similar care management role is essential as there is a high level of responsibility, also you must hold the NVQ 4 qualification
