Coastal Enterprises is undergoing a change process currently and this role is specifically aimed at working with customers to develop opportunities in the local community. This may include supporting individuals to access existing resources and facilities or working alongside the staff team at Coastal Enterprises to develop resources which meet the identified needs of our customers.

The areas that the service currently works in include; contract workshop, catering, reception/office skills, horticulture and crafts. We are also looking to develop into health and fitness, community cafes and are open to exploring other areas.

This is an exciting opportunity which will offer the successful candidate the chance to work with a positive staff team and a dynamic customer group to support the future development of this service.
