Senior Care Assistant required for established nursing home for dementia and EMI based in the West Worthing area, close to public transport and rail links.

The role involves leading shifts and giving direction to care assistant staff so you must have excellent communication skills and have the desire to support and nurture less experienced members of staff in the nursing home setting.

NVQ 3 is preferred but by no means essential as candidates with strong relevant experience will be considered.

Job role comes with extended hourly rate for weekend shifts and great internal advancement and training opportunities.
