6 bedded learning disability service for adults aged 40-65 who have severe physical disabilities requires a Team Leader to run shifts and give direction on the care floor.This role involves working for an large learning disability care provider who has units up and down the country and in the local area.You will be expected to carry out personal care tasks and also set an example to less experienced staff by giving effective direction and support in a sometimes pressurised environment.

Job role comes with competitive salary and also extra money for sleep-in shifts.

Car driver preferred but not essential, as experience is extremely important to this job so every candidate will be considered.
