Well known and esteemed local business, that has a notably positive impact in the Brighton & Hove area, is looking for interim payroll cover. My client needs this individual to join them in the next 1-2 weeks and expects them to be needed for at least the following 1-2 months. This will be a rewarding opportunity for an individual with sound payroll processing knowledge to provide valuable support to a friendly and welcoming Finance and HR team.

This individual will be processing and reconciling the monthly payroll, ensuring al information is accurate before being passed to an external bureau (i.e. starters, leavers, SMP, SSP, changes of details, etc). In addition, they will be ensuring timesheets are correct, and data inputting monthly reports for lottery, pension schemes, dealing with various payroll queries etc.

Ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in payroll and pension administration, and with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
