Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a Night Receptionist to look after our guests and the hotel throughout the night and early morning.

You'll be dealing with late guest check-ins and departures, coordinating hotel night auditing processes and managing general guest enquiries.

What do you need to be successful?

• You'll be confident in working in a small team
• Have great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Numerate with a good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

Experience is preferred, but not essential. It is more important to us that you are able to deliver great customer experiences, have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.

This is a contract for 24 hours per week, with opportunities for additional overtime according to the needs of the business. The hours of work are 10.30pm to 7.15am.
Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
