Coastal Enterprises is a day service for adults who have a learning disability which is based in Worthing. We are seeking to appoint two full time Grade 3 support workers to join our highly skilled and knowledgeable team.
Coastal Enterprises works to support those who use the service to develop their skills and independence. We offer sessions to meet these needs in a range of areas which include:
Contract Workshop, IT, Art & Crafts, Drama, Horticulture, Cooking Skills, Citizenship and working in our on-site café. We also have a focus on supporting customers to develop and maintain healthy lifestyles.
An interest and skills in any of these areas would be advantageous but comprehensive training will be offered including access to the Care Certificate (if required) and a diploma in Health and Social Care (level 2).
